Shipped in a protected tube. Before framing always lay the print out and flatten it out to make it easier to frame. Sometimes when opening the tube; the print can be difficult to get out, due to the way the tube is designed. The Best way to do it without damaging the print is to try the other end of the tube, or rotate the print very slowly until you can pull it out.
