5-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories (including hats, socks, and underwear)

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at abissapparel@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

 Where do you ship to? We now ship internationally!

How long will it take for me to get my order? 3-5 Business Days depending on location. Please allow an additional 6 weeks for Hats/Leggings/Bikinis.

How much does it cost for shipping? Shipping is calculated based on weight, distance and dimensions of the package.

What shipping carrier do you use? USPS, UPS, DHL

 

HOW TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES:

Screen Printed Clothing is not your average type of clothing. The print is very delicate and should be treated as such. So how do I wash my new fresh clothes? For normally dirty delicate screen printed clothes, turn the clothes inside out and machine wash cold with the most gentle cycle. Washing your clothes in cooler water helps prevent fading both of the fabric and printed colors. Also, avoid harsh cleaning detergents or bleach to ensure the best protection for your new favorite shirt. Use a gentle detergent like Woolite. To prevent shrinking and to keep their great color in another way, we also suggest to tumble dry with low heat! 

If you’re truly committed to the look and feel of your shirts/hoodies, allowing them to air-dry and hand-washing the shirt/hoodies will help keep the shirt looking fresh. We also suggest to NEVER iron your screen printed or embroidered areas, and to check other clothes in your load of laundry will not tint or stain your fabrics or vice versa.

Summary:

Wash: Turn clothes inside out. Machine Wash Cold Water with Gentle Cycle. Use a Gentle Detergent like Woolite.

Hand Wash with a gentle detergent for best results.

 

Dry: Tumble Dry with Low Heat or air-dry. Never iron your screen printed or embroidered areas.

Air-Dry for best results.
